About Kim

Coaching is an advanced communication skill that helps us connect most intimately with ourselves. Coach Kim helps her clients gain clarity on what is truly important to them and achieve personal congruency. Kim enjoys coaching women who are experiencing a transitional phase in their lives – in a relationship, career or with themselves. As an emotional intuitive, Kim is naturally skilled in connecting with her client’s core essence and serves as a guide to assist her clients in becoming more intimately connected to all aspects of themselves. Kim’s clients are supported in making choices, setting goal/intentions and taking action in alignment with their values and beneficial beliefs.

Kim’s professional coaching credentials have been earned through the world renowned Coach training organization, The Coaches Training Institute and the ICF, International Coach Federation. ICF is a global organization that is dedicated to setting high standards for the profession of coaching and offers independent coaching certification. She is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Reiki Master and Emotional Intuitive; holds a Teacher and Trainer of Adults Certificate (Algonquin College), a member of Toastmasters International and currently serves on the board of the ICF Ottawa Chapter. Over the past 15 plus years, Kim has participated in numerous other personal development programs including a number of Advance NLP trainings. Prior to becoming a Life Coach, Kim worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years in both management and financial advisory roles.
